Event guests can book themselves for a test drive with their phone, and follow a few easy steps to select the vehicle, and preferred time. No more long lineup headaches with TDXP. The app is available for self booking 24/7. Guest will receive notification reminders prior to their drive time, reducing the chance they will miss their booking.
TDXP generates clear and easy to understand reports for your test drive event. The event management team can review by date, time, guest and vehicle key trends even while the event is running. This reporting capability provide a perfect way to showcase the success of your test drive program to your clients.
All guest information collected for your event is stored with 256-bit encryption by TDXP. Your team can securely manage guest information without worries about security. TDXP manages the guest waiver process with a digital signature, and collects marketing opt-in preferences. TDXP can easily scan and capture the standard bar code data found on driver’s licenses, and flag expired licenses.
